Public Meeting:
Forum on Redevelopment

WHAT IT IS
HOW IT IS USED
WHAT IT CAN MEAN FOR CAPE MAY

You are invited to a presentation and forum on New Jersey redevelopment laws and tools available that can be used by Cape May to redevelop vacant and underdeveloped properties in ways that could add to the City’s tax base and contribute to the values of surrounding properties and neighborhoods.

The forum will be presented by Jim Maley, a redevelopment attorney with Maley Givens Law Firm.  Mr. Maley has over 30 years of experience and will do a presentation and answer questions on how the use of redevelopment laws has helped communities improve their neighborhoods.
